Prayer and Fasting are important and foundational practices in the Christian faith. Each Monday we are encouraging each person who's connected to our church to set time aside to pray and fast.
Now fasting could take many different forms. You can fast from one meal, two meals or even fast from food the whole day, at the times you would have been eating instead spend that time praying and seeking God.
If, for any reason, you can't fast from food, choose something else to fast from e.g. social media or TV.
We will soon be making some resources available to help you as you pray and fast.
